The Kitchen
This was by far one of the worst rooms we took on.  The smell was horrible, the appliances were disgusting beyond all description and the overall filth took weeks to remove.  We had to completely gut it and start from scratch.  $22,000 later we now have 18' of counter space, beautiful cherry mahogany cabinetry, matching brushed-nickel appliances and convenient outlets placed every 5' around.
