The Guest Bath off the Library
     The guest bathroom, which is actually the full bath off the library, was a nightmare.  It had previously been finished with non-water resistant materials and the insulation was soaked and moldy.  As you'll read in the journal this was barely the tip of the iceberg of the problems we later encountered.
      Note: The entire renovation now has to be redone thanks to our neighbors whose home no longer exists.  The fire that burnt down their home flooded this room, and ruined the exterior walls.
