Our names are Chuck and Beth Sanders. We have a passionate love for Victorian architecture and homes built between 1875 through 1920. At some point during our marriage we decided to find one, quit our jobs in Florida, and relocate to wherever we might be able to afford one of these gems.
What we finally found was a true diamond in the rough. This website documents our story from the first moment we laid eyes on it and will take you through the restoration process from beginning to the end. At times it may get a bit wordy and drawn out, but there is usually a reason for doing so.
Like the old saying goes, "You had to be there."
