When we do these reviews, we don't tell the management on duty what we're doing there.  The last thing we want is preferential treatment.  Our belief is that every business should open its doors to its patrons 100% at the top of their game, and if an establishment gets a bad review?  It was probably well deserved.  The same can be said for great reviews!

But everyone has a bad day now and then, and we're open to giving second chances.  This website gets thousands of hits from locals, tourists, and web surfers. Our intent has never been to crush a business just because of a lousy service.  Things happen, and we understand that, but the simple fact of the matter is that we work very hard for our money just like you.  When we honor a place of business by choosing it to spend our hard-earned cash, we expect it to be a good experience.  Anything less is insulting, and when that happens?  Buddy, you're going to hear about it, and so is everyone else.

However, we will not let you know when we're coming.  That's of utmost importance.  Every consumer should be given equal treatment, and if you run your business properly you should be okay with this concept.

And finally, if you're one of the many business owners who was happy with your review, thank you for what must have been a wonderful experience!  We're glad to get the word out to others that you're doing things right!
