This is the type of shop where you could easily spend many hours looking in every nook and cranny, and no doubt finding all sorts of wonderful items!

Brunswick Antique District
Potomac Street
Brunswick, Md.

If you've always wished you could shop in an area reminiscent of the town of Mayberry, this is the place!  There are a couple of great antique dealers, nice little places to grab a bite to eat, and lots of history and gorgeous scenery!  Bring your camera, and don't forget to hit the Brunswick Train Museum with the kids!

Cripple Creek
24 West Potomac Street
Brunswick, MD 21716
Phone: 301-834-5774

This is exactly what an antique shop should be!  It has a relaxed atmosphere with service that's not too pushy, and not too lax.  It's just a great place to spend some time, and there are treasures for every taste and budget!

 Frederick Antiques District
Frederick, Md

A nice little antique district with a good variety of restaurants to suite any taste.

Kensington Row
Kensington, Maryland

Dozens of shops ranging from the simple to the bizarre.  Very pricey but you can find some good deals.  Bring your walking shoes because the strip is about two miles long!

Savage Mills
Savage, Md

Unique shopping in a renovated historic textile mill.  Worth the trip, but the better items are on the expensive side.  There's plenty to do and see!

Town of New Market
New Market, Md.

Antiques Capital of Maryland, ...or so they say.  We thought it was overpriced.  Way overpriced.

Westminster Antiques Mall
433 Hahn Road

Old Rockland School Arts & Crafts Shop
Rockland, Va.

This place is tiny but just wonderful!  It's run by a ladies auxiliary and has all sorts of neat things at terrific prices.  Highly re3commended, and the proceeds go to a good cause.  Check out the homemade pies!

Stonefront Auctions
Fredericksburg, Va

Rip off! Filled with garbage that the auctioneer won't sell unless he gets huge prices for it.  Don't bother.

Stonehedge Restoration & Antiques
36877 Highwater Road
Hillsboro, Va 20132
(540)668-6558

Very charming little store/workshop setting in a quaint pastoral setting near the quaint old city of Hillsboro, Va.  The atmosphere is relaxed, and the selection is a mix, but all priced accordingly.  John Ware, the owner, was a real pleasure to talk with.  A nice stop along the rural byways of Loudon County!

Town of Front Royal
Front Royal, Va

Friendly people, but what a tourist trap!  Expect no deals, just over-priced junk.

Town of Leesburg
Leesburg, Virginia

About ten good shops, but a cool little town.  They get kudos for quality but pricing is high, high, high!

Antiques & Auctions in West Virginia

Bunker Hill Antiques

This is one of those eclectic shops that ranges from junk to gems.  Nice mix of items.  Prices vary.

Town of Berkely Springs, WV

Tourist trap.  This place is like a garage sale with horrible prices. Worth seeing at least once.  Decent restaurants.

Antiques & Auctions in Pennsylvania

Atomic
Harrisburg, Pa

You'll have to see it to believe it.  This is the ultimate retro decor shop and it's HUGE!  The proprietor is kind of weird and will follow you around but he's a nice guy so it's okay.

Stoner's Auctions
Glen Rock, Pa

Best auctions around, hands down.

Sunny Side Antiques
Chambersburg, Pa

The absolute best place to find a massive selection of antique lighting,...just lighting.

Yingling's Auction Gallery
Gettysburg, Pa

Kind of junkie but the prices seemed okay

These people are financial rapists!

Bank of America
Everywhere in the USA

My review: To hell with them!

This bank caters to allowing illegal immigrants (who are indeed criminals) banking privileges. They don't deserve a review.  I consider them traitors to the United States, and a major contributor to the invasion we are currently suffering.
